4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

• Provide necessary access and cooperation for service delivery.
• Maintain internal security hygiene in coordination with our recommendations.
• Promptly report any security incidents or breaches detected.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our software, documentation, and content belong to HexaTrace or its licensors. Clients are granted limited, non-transferable licenses strictly for the purpose of using our services.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information secure, governed by mutual NDAs.

7. Limitation of Liability

HexaTrace shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use services. Liability, where applicable, is limited to fees paid by the client for the service in question.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with prior written notice as defined in individual contracts. Upon termination, clients must cease use of all HexaTrace materials.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in UK courts.

10. Changes to Terms

HexaTrace reserves the right to update these Terms periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
